The Oakwood School Board met briefly last night. First on the agenda was naming the first 2009-2010 "Students of the Month". For the Elementary, that was sixth grader Victoria Hill. The High School representative was senior J.P. Hicks. Superintendent Richard Scoggin will present these students with a certificate honoring their outstanding work in school and dedication to the community. More ...
