Community Calendar

The Shiloh Monthly Social will be held September 19, 2009 at the SHILOH COMMUNITY CENTER - located off Hwy 39 So. at LCR 433/439 (Shiloh Cemetery cut off. Follow the cars). The program will begin at 6 p.m. with “The Steeple Singers” from Mexia entertaining. A “POT LUCK” Supper will be served at 7 p.m. During the dinner hour a cake auction will be held. The entire evening’s entertainment and supper cost is $5.00 per person. All proceeds go toward upkeep of the building and needed repairs. Shiloh Community Socials are for the entire family.

PTO Co-ed Softball Tournament - Come join us for our first annual co-ed softball tournament to be held on September 19, 2009 at the baseball fields behind Centerville Elementary! Rosters and rules will be available at Davis Feed & Fertilizer in Centerville & Buffalo, Citizens State Bank in Centerville & Buffalo, Wells Fargo Bank in Centerville, Home Town Pizza in Jewett and Holmes Pharmacy in Jewett. The cost will be $125.00 per team, with a maximum of 15 players and minimum of 8. The deadline for team money and rosters will be September 1st! You can turn them into Angie Roberts at Wells Fargo Bank in Centerville. This is one of our many fundraisers of the year - so come out and enjoy a family event!! Dew School Reunion - Dew School alumni will meet Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Dew Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Bring a covered dish and visit with former classmates.
