Funeral services for Donald Allen Oliver, age 59, of Buffalo were held 2 pm, Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Buffalo. Rev. Larry Morris officiated the service and burial was in the North Creek Cemetery.   More...

Volleyball season is off to a great start, and the Lady Bison brought home the first place trophy Saturday from the Challengers’ Bracket of the Grapeland Tournament. Eighteen schools participated in pool play Thursday and Friday before dividing into two brackets for Saturday.
