Buffalo City Council holds budget workshop

In a special called meeting on July 20, the Buffalo City Council worked on the City's 2010 budget. The workshop included a proposed budget presentation from Chief Lance Pavelka for the Police Department.

The Council also approved $16,300 to help the Chamber of Commerce fund the 2009 Buffalo Stampede. The Stampede has been expanded into a two-day event, and therefore qualifies for the use of hotel/motel tax funds for advertising and other specified funding.
