Funeral services for Cecil Bell, age 69 of Oakwood were held 3 pm Sunday, July 26, 2009 at the Walters Buffalo Funeral Home in Buffalo, Texas. Earl Williams and Jamie Duplichan officiated the service, and interment was in the Oakwood City Cemetery.   More...
