American Legion Post #335

Our meeting will be held on Saturday July 11th at 9am at the Centerville municipal building located across from the Post Office. We would like to invite our members and their wives to attend. We will have coffee and donuts. Our August meeting will be Saturday August 1st at 6pm as we will return to our regular schedule.

Our July 4th raffle was a great success and the winner of the deer feeder and 200lbs of corn was Don Hord of Pratt, Kansas. We want to thank all those that bought tickets and made donations.

We also want to take this opportunity to thank Buffalo Sporting Goods for the donation of the feeder and Davis Feed and Fertilizer of Centerville for the donation of the corn. We really appreciate their support for our American Legion Post.

We would like to continue to wish our Post Commander Leo Renaud a speedy recovery as well as our Chaplain Jim Bridges who is in the VA Hospital in Temple. We ask that we all please continue to keep them in our thoughts & prayers.

The American Legion is open to all Veterans; if you are a military veteran you are welcome to attend our meeting.
