Nors-MacNabb Engagement

Robert Carl MacNabb and Teresa Elizabeth Nors Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Nors, Sr. of West would like to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Teresa Elizabeth Nors, to Robert Carl MacNabb of Buffalo, Texas.

Teresa (Teri) is the granddaughter of Helen Lenart of Abbott, Texas and the late Bernard R. Lenart, and the late John and Emily Nors. She is a 2003 graduate of West High School and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is a middle school and high school math teacher at Hearne I.S.D.

Robert's parents are Bryan and Michelle MacNabb of Buffalos and Mike and Karen Abbey of Streetman. His grandparents are Carl and Mary Wheeler of Stanton, Michigan, the late Robert MacNabb, Jessie Klanke of Clearwater, Florida and the late Robert Klanke. He graduated from Buffalo High School in 2003 and is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry.

The couple met in their freshman year at Texas A&M as members of the Texas A&M Solar Motorsports Team. Their wedding is planned for June 20, 2009 at St. Mary's Church of the Assumption in West.
