NORTH CREEK BAPTIST CHURCH

by Tom Nolen

Last week was a busy time of it as we were traveling on the boomerang express. The week was filled with exciting things to do and places to go and new animals to learn about. Only about 45 or 50 came but all had a good time. Some were saved and more were rededicated to the Lord to serve Him. This week there are some going to children’s camp and Ola Purslow will take them along with the Pastor Jim Grable. They can expect to also have a good time while there. All in all the summer is being filled with exciting activities and people are getting close to the Lord. The pantry was held on Thursday of last week and about 50 came and participated and got a blessing of food to take home to their bare shelves. If ant one can and is so inclined to donate to the pantry it would be appreciated by the folks who run it as well as those who get food from the pantry days. If you are so inclined, we could use some more persons to go to Tyler to get the food from the food bank. If you are a Christian and you are not regularly attending a church, we invite you to come and help us to worship the Lord Jesus by your attendance and in the Lord’s service. If you are not a Christian, then it is time for you to decide whether you want to spend eternity in Heaven with the Lord.
