The team of Shirley Schiamara, Gwen Johannessen, Paula Chicken, and Joyce Perkins came in first place with a score of 48. Second place went to Becca Neukom, Ruth Wallace, Barbara May and Faye Weller with a score of 52. More ... It's been close to twenty years since a Buffalo relay competed at the state meet, but when the U.I.L. state track meet convenes in Austin on June 5th and 6th, the Lady Bison will be there to compete with the elite from around the state. Two members of the Centerville Lady Tigers track team will be representing CHS at the State Track Meet in June after competing very successfully at the Regional Track Meet in Whitehouse last weekend. Senior Isabel Reyes qualified in both the 3200M and 1600M races. More ... The BHS men were well represented at the Regional Track Meet in White House, Texas on May 15 and 16. For the first time in twenty years, the Buffalo Boys Track advanced relay teams to the regional meet, and in fact qualified TWO boys relay teams. More ... |
