      Funeral services for Billy Gene "Bill" Herrin, age 80, of Centerville were held at 2 PM on Friday, May 1, 2009 at the Walters Funeral Home Chapel in Centerville. Rev. Jim Bob Gunnels and Rev. Dean Ferguson officiated. Burial followed in the Centerville Cemetery.

      Funeral services for Clara Elizabeth Alexander age 83, of Buffalo were held 10 a.m., Monday, May 4, 2009 at the Oakwood Memorial Baptist Church in Oakwood, Texas. Rev. Jack Smith, Jr. and Rev. Billy Spivey officiated, and interment was in the Oakwood Cemetery. Walters Buffalo Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
