Brian Roe jailed on sexual assault and retaliation charges

Leon County Sheriff's Department investigator Dee Craft responded to Buffalo to investigate the report of a sexual assault on March 3. Brian Roe was subsequently arrested for sexual assault and placed in the Leon County jail. Roe was released on bond and immediately retaliated against the family of the assault victim. Roe is currently in jail on a retaliation charge.
