Ralph Billings Ralph Billings Sheriff's Report Number 428- Dep. Aultman arrests man on Probation Warrant. TPD Reed to MLK on reports of screaming. WPD to loud 4-Wheeler on Avenue D. Kids reported throwing rocks at houses and dogs on 8th, Teague. Wortham VFD and Mexia EMS to man with injured ankle, Ave. D and San Saba. Deputy Aldrich to report of people shooting across another's property, FCR-1151.

FEMS and Kirvin VFD to FM-27 residence, Lady in and out of consciousness. Teague VFD to brushfire on Palmore. WPD Peters to report of man and woman fighting on South 14. FPD Foree and Dep. Harrison to report male trying to break into cars at local used car lot. TPD Sykora and Reed to Family Troubles on Matthew Ln., two arrested, Assault Family Violence and Retaliation.

Bay Hoss loose, US-84 at new Whitaker Feed Store. Dep. Robert Elom to loud music, FCR-941. DPS Crais to car through fence near Boyd Unit, US-84. TPD Howard to report that someone kicked a Lady's door in on Filmore. Man reported standing on the Railroad tracks in Wortham….no problem, just watching his dogs frolicking on the right of way. TPD Reed to Mulberry, one sibling struck another….hard. More troubles on Mulberry….A loose Pit Bull in neighboring yard, broke his leash, owner trying to cook outside, afraid of the dog, but if she goes inside….. what'll happen to her meat?

Fairfield VFD and FEMS to truck on fire, Cole's One Stop, 20 feet from the gas pumps. Report of loud music in Teague on MLK, TPD Howard to same. Loose calves, 287 and 488. Neighboring dog shot with BB gun, FCR-1224. Unwanted visitor, FCR-241.Lady calls, concerned about diabetic daughter in Bryan, can'b reached by phone…..Hooked up with Bryan PD, hopefully they can assist. Man calls, enroute to Mexia ER, 84 year old Lady in car just cut hand extra bad with a saw.

Dep. Travis Robertson to/from Navarro County, prisoner transport. FEMS to Fairfield Jr. High, student having seizure. One neighboring cowman helps another with loose cattle Mile 192…. Thank You Jerry Maggard….. Just like State Farm…..You're a Good Neighbor! DPS Warren, Butler VFD and FEMS to FM-489, wife reports she just ran into rear of husband's car….She stated she was trying to get away from him….. but since she struck his vehicle in the rear…..Something is askew. Well, maybe something got changed around in the telling….I won't comment further, they have troubles enough.

It is wet, cool and raining today. Hallelujah! Let 'er slosh. Newcomer in Wortham loses dog. Dew VFD to grassfire, FCR-402. Deputy Jeremy Shipley arrests man for assaulting a female, FCR-540. FPD Green arrests man at Commerce and Mount, hanging signs on poles, cussing and making full use of wellknown colorful metaphors. Deputy House jails young Lady on Probation Warrant. DPS Adams jails motorist, Hwy. 79, Morris County Warrant. Deputies Shipley and Diana Willis arrest man, FCR-325, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. He and his wife were having troubles.

Man on FCR-322 missing 4 Pit Bull puppies, 5 still there. Dep. Taylor to oil field theft near Donie. Four Rail cars derail near Grayson Street, Teague. Be back in business, up and rolling, in about one hour. Neighbors having trouble, FCR-611. FEMS to Boyd Unit, inmate with self-inflicted puncture wound. THDEMS to West 84, diabetic man not acting like himself. Deputy Robertson to/from Austin State Hospital, Mental Commitment. FPD Bass to troubles on School Bus, kids fighting. TPD Reed to vehicle burglarized on W. Main. FEMS Assists Lady after a fall. Dep. D. Willis arrests female at work place on Warrant. Bailiff Dusty Brewer to Jail with man from County Court. Dep. Thomas Hendrix arrests another on Probation Warrant.

Three unwanted donkeys found in pasture, Hwy. 79. TxDOT to roll of hay in road, US-84 and FM-489. Constable Clary arrests woman at residence, 12 Warrants for Hot Checks out of JP#2 and one charge from Limestone County. Loose cow troubles, Mile 181. Dew VFD to gas well site struck by lightning, FCR-671. THDEMS, Teague VFD and DPS Adams to Jeep rolled over, underpass, US84. Officer Peters to S. Houston in Streetman, neighbor heard a baby cry there….. and that 5th wheeler is abandoned and empty!.....Mystery solved……It was a kid…..Of the Goat species, that is!

DPS Adams, Deputies D. Willis and T. Hendrix to accident, Mile 208. FEMS and FPD Bass to local motel, mental case with problems. Lady arrested in Courthouse on Warrant by Bailiff Brewer….. Rick Howerton gets another. DPS Adams to a good old fashioned rainy day accident, I-45 south of the Rest Area. TPD Reed to car driving wrong way on US-84…. realized the error, tried to cross over the median strip and got stuck. Minivan slides off pavement, Mile 186. Another incident of same type at Trinity River Bridge on East side, Anderson County advised.

Report of Jeep up and down China Street, banging on doors, being loud, 2:30 in the morning. Before TPD could arrive they apparently split the scene, but showed back up at Kilgore Trailer Park with more of the same, TPD Cox, Noll and Solly to same. Logs reported laying from Mile 178 to Mile 197, IH-45, one struck by caller. Deputy Aldrich to report of men shooting at trailer, FCR- 296. Another incident involving a gun on Cypress, TPD Sykora to same.

Mr. Elom to ER, 11 year old bit by her dog. Shooting and arguing problem, FCR- 400, Dep. Harrison to same. Someone banging on door, S. Ave. C, WPD Keathley to same. Cows out at Richland, Navarro County notified. Report in Wortham says woman stole another's dog. THDEMS to pain in left side of face and left arm, blood pressure high. Dep. Elom to report of shooting on FCR-296. Man hits tree, FM-27, says not hurt but passerby reports he has chest pains, difficulty walking, alcohol on breath, DPS Putz to same, along with FEMS. While at Hospital, man tries to stab himself, Judge Ireland issues Emergency Detention Order, carried to VA Hospital.

TPD Noll to break-in reported on S. 11th. Man arrested and jailed by Bailiff Dusty Brewer on Felony Probation Warrants out of Angelina and Johnson Counties, plus seven Johnson County JP Warrants.

THDEMS to FM-1451, man fell out on floor. Car window broke out on Cox. TPD Howard to Cypress, Lady reports red dog trying to attack her. Officer Peters to Lubbock Street, loose Pit Bull. Two more car windows broke out on MLK, TPD Howard to same. Sounds like a vendetta. Man calls, reports verbal troubles with girlfriend, she threatened herself with a knife, he left, enroute to Conroe, it's been 35 minutes since he spoke to her…. Could we check on her? Deputy Shipley to same…..Young Lady advised she didn't have a problem, he did, he left, everything OK now! It appears doubtful that this is a treasured romantic friendship….. Otherwise, why did he wait 35 minutes before he called?

TPD Howard to dog bite on Burnim. Deputy House jails young man on Limestone and McLennan County Warrants….. plus the Marijuana found in his coat pocket. TPD Solly arrests another, small amount of Controlled Substance stuck to his scale for weighing same.
