Gardening enthusiasts learn the basics from the pros

Novalene Thurston, Master Gardener, and all around expert in growing things, explains the best ways to grow the perfect tomato. Sherry's Shots BoBo's Nursery was overflowing with Master Gardeners and wannabes on Friday, February 20. The primary topic was the Early Garden, but many more tips were shared was the day went along.

Gregg Pitt began the session by talking "dirt" and suggesting ways to prepare your garden for planting.

Novalene Thurston gave an interesting and informative presentation on tomatoes.
