Dew Jr. High students were recently invited by Buffalo Librarian, Mrs. Josie Randle, to participate in an essay contest honoring Dr. Martin Luther King. John and Rita Baty of Buffalo, Texas, proudly announce the engagement of their daughter Rachael Nicole Baty to Brandon Lee Glass, son of Nolan and Debbie Glass of Dew, Texas. Brandon graduated from Teague High School in 2005. He then attended Trinity Valley Community College from which he obtained a degree in paramedicine. He currently works at Fairfield EMS. Rachael graduated from Buffalo High School and is now attending the University of Texas at Tyler Nursing Program and will graduate in May of 2009. They are planning a wedding on September 26, 2009.
