Thomas Falvey Barron

Memorial services for Thomas Falvey Barron, age 74, of Jewett, Texas, were held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 1, 2009 at the First Assembly of God Church in Jewett, Texas. Bro. E.B. Gillen officiated the service.

Thomas Falvey Barron was born on September 26, 1934 in Montgomery County, Texas to John Clyde and Lillie Bell (Baggett) Barron. He worked in the agriculture business and had lived the last 30 years in Jewett. Mr. Barron was a teaser and loved to pick on people. Most of the time, you could see him at J.J.'s in Jewett. Mr. Barron was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Jewett. He passed away on January 29, 2009 in Fairfield, Texas. He is preceded in death by both of his parents; three brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include wife, Jean Barron of Jewett, Texas; sons, Eddie and Charles Barron, both of Jewett, Texas and Michael Barron of Texas; daughters, Tina Barron of New Caney, Texas and Mary Elizabeth; step-sons, Fred Adams & wife, Angela of Jewett, Texas and Ricky Adams of Jewett, Texas; step daughter, Mary Jean Cowser of Cypress; brother, J.C. Barron of Conroe, Texas and seven grandchildren.
