Matching the eighth grade team's two wins and one loss in the Centerville Tournament, the seventh grade had different results. Buffalo seventh graders lost the Saturday morning game and wound up in third place. Buffalo defeated Teague on Thursday and on Saturday. A loss to Franklin was sandwiched in between.

Buffalo easily handled Teague 30-12 on Thursday. The Lady Bison jumped out to an 11-2 lead in the first quarter and held the Lady Lions scoreless in the second quarter to lead 18-2 at the half. Buffalo won the third quarter nine to four to lead 27-6 going into the fourth quarter. Teague doubled their output in the final six minutes, but it was too little, too late.

Hailey Lanningham scored fourteen points to lead all scorers. Hannah Lanningham netted nine. Chelsea Brewer, Katie Glick, and Jessica Presutti each tossed in two points while Bethany Gaskin added a free throw.

The Lady Bison suffered a 20-26 loss to Franklin Saturday morning. Buffalo struggled to score and trailed 4-13 at the half. The Lady Bison outscored the Lady Lions the second half, and even took the lead at 18-17 in the fourth quarter. Franklin recovered and reclaimed the lead and the win.

Hannah Lanningham led all scorers with fourteen points. Hailey Lanningham tossed in four points and Glick added two.

The second encounter with Teague was a near repeat of the first. Buffalo allowed only three points the first half on their way to a 31-7 win. Hannah and Hailey led the Lady Bison with nineteen and ten points, respectively. Taylor Rutledge tacked on two points.
