North Creek Baptist Church

      The Month of January is almost over and it is time to go on to the next month on the computer. The church year has ended and the new one is well under way. The visitors were prevalent today and brought the attendance up to around 75. Not bad for the fourth Sunday of the month. The plans for the gala dinner for February 15th at 6:00 P.M.

      I have just finished the February newsletter and calendar and am in the process of decorating for Valentine's Day. We will have a bake sale in front of Lacey's Grocery on February 13 starting at 7:30 a.m., all proceeds will benefit the Activities Department, which will ultimately benefit the residents.

Community Calendar
      NA/AA Meetings, every Tuesday night, 6:00-7:00 PM. Community room of the Buffalo Housing Authority. The Leon County 4-H Horse Club is having an open playday series January 29, Febuary 19, and March 20 at the yellow rose arena. Registration begins at 5:00 pm and events start at 6:00 pm.Speed events only. Awards will be given out after the last playday.
